Selected area: Delivery & Shipping

Our standard national and international shipper is DPD.
However, national deliveries can also be made via DHL on request.
Deliveries to Switzerland are made exclusively via GLS.

  • Is an express delivery possible?

It is not always possible to get an express delivery.

In addition to the time of the order, the destination is also decisive.

 

The sender can only offer an express delivery if the despatch is within this time also possible.

Upon receipt of the order after 1 p.m. CET, it is absolutely necessary to contact your

contact person.

In case of any further questions or ambiguities, please contact your contact person.

 

  • Overview of the freight charges, delivery options?

In order to get the exact freight charges, please ask your contact person.

  • Where can you find the track & trace number?

Have you informed us about a mail address for the confirmations of despatch or have you registered it in your Personal Area? You will receive a notification mail with the linkt to the parcelnumber 0190 509074218 and the content of delivery in the evening of despatch.

You can also see the parcelnumber via your order status.

The parcelnumbers are also written on the invoice.

 

  • How can you track your shipment?

The information about your parcel is available at your sender starting at 6 p.m. CET on the day of despatch.

You can also start tracking your parcel with only one click via the order status.

Another possibility is the link in your despatch confirmation.

In order to save costs and to protect the environment at the same time, we make every effort to ship more than one order in one parcel.

Even backorders are preferably packed to current orders.

 

If an order is already being processed logistically, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add anything.
