Selected area: Orders

Have you found your favourite items? Click on the desired colour and size and, after selecting the desired quantity, simply click the "Add to basket" button. A bar will then open on the right-hand side of the screen. From there you can either go directly to the checkout, where you can complete your order, or to the shopping basket, where you can see an overview of your items. You can also finalise your order from there by clicking on the "Continue to checkout" button.

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. You will also find a dispatch code in your order confirmation.

Firstly, please check your spam folder for emails from info@greiff.de or b2c@greiff.de. In the next step, please check whether you have entered your e-mail address correctly in your customer account. If you cannot find an e-mail in your spam folder or have entered your e-mail address incorrectly, please contact GREIFF Customer Service.

GREIFF offers a consistent range of workwear. As a rule, sold-out items can be reordered within approx. 8 weeks. Exceptions are products that leavae our collections.

You can cancel your order as long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email. We ask for your understanding that a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible after this time.

Yes, you can order a maximum of 10 parts per model and size. Do you need a larger quantity for an outfit? Then please contact GREIFF customer service or find a GREIFF dealer near you.

 

No, there is no minimum order value.

VAT is stated separately on each invoice.
