My account

Yes, you can also place an order in our store as a guest costumer. However, registration brings many advantages like easy and fast ordering without having to re-enter your data for each order, an order overview in the customer account and management of multiple delivery addresses.
Either you call up the menu item "My account" at the top of the page, where you have the option to register, or you call up your shopping cart and click on the button "Proceed to checkout" to register.
With a customer account you can order comfortably and faster and you don't have to enter your data again with every order. You can view an order summary and shipping information in your customer account after you place your order.
We treat your data confidentially. The connection between the browser and is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted. Your data will never be passed on. Please also see our Data Privacy Statement.
Yes, you can order as a private individual. Our prices are shown both with and without VAT, depending on what type of costumer you are.


Have you found your favourite item? When you have chosen the desired colour and size and after selecting the desired quantity, simply click the „Add to cart“ button. After that, a bar will open on the right sight of your screen. Now you can either finish your purchase or go to the shopping cart, where you can see your selected items. At the shopping cart, you can finish your purchase as well – simply click the „continue to checkout“ button.
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. You will also find a shipping code in your order confirmation.

GREIFF offers a consistant range of workwear, which means most sold-out articles will become available again within 8 weeks. Exceptions are products that leave our collections.
You can cancel your order as long as you have not received a shipping confirmation. We ask for your understanding that a cancellation is no longer possible as soon as the items have been sent out.
Yes. You can order a maximum of 10 pieces per model and size. Do you need a larger amount? Then please contact the GREIFF costumer service or look for a GREIFF dealer in your area

Shipping & delivery conditions

As of now, we only deliver to Germany and Austria. If you live in another country and still want to buy a GREIFF product, please contact one of our dealers.
Yes, as long as your delivery adress is in Germany or Austria.
Yes. As of now, we deliver to Austria.
Normally we will deliver your items within 2 – 5 working days. More details can be found in your shipping confirmation.
Within Germany shipping is 3,95 €, the shipping costs to Austria are 7,95 €.
Within Germany we ship your package with DHL, orders to Austria are shipped with DPD.


You currently have the option of paying with PayPal in our shop.

Return & complaint conditions

You can return your order to us within 14 days. For your return, use the return voucher that was enclosed with your package. Fill this out and enclose it in the return package. The next step is to stick the return label on your package and send it back to us. As soon as we have checked your return, you will receive a refund from us to the payment method you have chosen. Please note that this can take up to 10 working days. All information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the cancellation policy.
Yes, you can return items to us without any cost. Please use the enclosed return voucher and the return label.
Your item does not reach you in the desired quality? Send it back to us with the filled out return voucher.
