  • Worn or dirty goods

  • custom-made items or special sizes.

Items can only be returned within three months from the invoice date.

Please stamp the parcel sufficiently.

Every return must include documents with the corresponding invoice or delivery note number (s). At best, please put copies of the invoice or the delivery note in the parcel.
Return shipments without any documents will get a deduction of 5 percent.

Every return can only be processed quickly if correct documents are enclosed.

Do you miss an invoice? You can easily reprint them in the area „order status“.

You can find the corresponding invoices in the order details or directly in the invoice search.

Of course, you can return goods from several orders.

Please note, however, that you must also send the appropriate return documents.

In order to enable us to process your return as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to number the parcel on the outside when returning several parcels.

(E.g.: 1/3; 2/3; 3/3)

Please enclose the appropriate documents with each package.

For the processing the returned items we will cahrge the following administration fees

if needed:

New folding and new packaging:

Shirt, blouse5,00 €/piece
Chef’s jacket, chef’s trousers, knitwear, shirts2,50 €/piece
EXQUISIT chef’s jacket with package 4,50 €/piece
Aprons, accessories   1,50 €/piece

New packaging (without folding)

New foil bag 1,50 €/piece
New package (Exquisit chef’s jacket)                2,50 €/piece
New hangtag (label)2,50 €/piece

Highest quality is our claim.

If a part does not meet these standards, please return it to us.

We check the complaint and try to close the quality gap.

Please return the goods which do not meet your expectations. Please order the new items via the backoffice or directly in our webshop.
