You can access address management directly on the start page.

All active delivery and web addresses for your customer login are listed here.

 

Delivery addresses are permanently stored addresses of your customer account. For delivery addresses, only the contact person/name 3 and telephone number can be changed. These details are mandatory fields for express delivery.

If you wish to change, delete or add a different delivery address, please get in touch with your contact person.

Web addresses are one-off delivery addresses. They can be created in the address management and during the ordering process. Web addresses are saved and can be reused, edited or deleted as required.

 

Use the "Search address" search function to avoid creating duplicate addresses and thus save time and money.

 

The use of a web address always results in a separate dispatch of the order in your name (dropshipping).

Please note that shipments of such orders cannot be combined. We therefore recommend that you have addresses that you use repeatedly created as a fixed delivery address.

Set or remove the delivery address as the default delivery address:

 

Switch to edit mode for the relevant address and tick or uncheck the box next to "Set as default delivery address".

Web addresses cannot be used as default delivery addresses.
