As long as the order is not prepared for dispatch, it can be cancelled.
In order to do so, open the order status and choose the required order.
You can either cancel the entire order over „Cancel order“ or you can cancel single positions of an order by displaying the button „Show cancel position“.
- Where can you find the track & trace number?
Have you informed us about a mail address for the confirmations of despatch or have you registered it in your Personal Area?
You will receive a notification mail with the parcelnumber in the evening of despatch.
You can also see the parcelnumber via your order status.
The parcelnumbers are also written on the invoice.
- How can you track your shipment?
The information about your parcel is available at your sender starting at 6 p.m. CET on the day of despatch.
You can also start tracking your parcel with only one click via the order status.
Another possibility is the link in your despatch confirmation.
If you miss an invoice, you can easily reprint it via the order status.
Search for the date or the invoice number, choose the required invoice and download it as pdf-file.
You can find the function „CSV export“ via the order status.
You can choose here between details of invoices, credit notes or packing material.
At the end, you will get a CSV-file.
Please return the goods which do not meet your expectations. Please order the new items via the backoffice or directly in our webshop.
Did you move? We would like to change your invoice address for all future orders.
Please just inform us here.
A custom-made product can either be a special size or a special model, which is not content of our current catalogue.
Since various points such as minimum order quantity or realisation usually need to be checked, please contact your contact person.

GREIFF can only issue invoice-related suppliers declarations because of the different Countries of Origin. Thus, the final information is not possible before the issue of the invoice.
