You can return your order to us within 14 days. For your return, use the returns slip that was enclosed with your parcel. Fill this out and enclose it with the return parcel. The next step is to stick the returns label on your parcel and send it back to us. As soon as we have checked your return, you will receive a credit to your chosen payment method.
